Throughout the school year, the Santa Teresa High School PTO supports our teachers and staff by providing essential classroom and workplace supplies through designated on-campus resource stations. These supplies help ensure that educators have convenient access to the materials they need to create productive, engaging, and successful learning environments.
From paper, pens, pencils, tissues, paper towels, and disinfecting wipes to other everyday classroom essentials, we work to keep our classrooms and offices stocked and supported. In fact, paper and tissues are among the most requested items, demonstrating just how important these resources are to the daily operation of our school.
We also provide a variety of snacks for teachers and staff, helping keep our hardworking educators energized throughout the day. Whether it's granola bars, crackers, cookies, or other grab-and-go items, these small gestures help show our appreciation for the incredible work they do every day.
By providing these resources, we help reduce out-of-pocket expenses for teachers, support staff well-being, and create an environment where educators can focus on what matters most—student success.
When we invest in our teachers and staff, we invest in our students.
Scholarships
As part of our commitment to supporting students beyond graduation, the Santa Teresa High School PTO proudly awards scholarships to graduating seniors each year. These scholarships recognize students who have demonstrated dedication, achievement, and a commitment to their future goals.
Students are invited to apply by submitting essays that reflect on topics selected by the PTO, allowing them to share their experiences, aspirations, and unique perspectives. Applications are carefully reviewed, and recipients are selected based on the quality, thoughtfulness, and merit of their submissions.
These scholarships provide meaningful financial support to help students pursue higher education, career training, and other post-secondary opportunities. More importantly, they represent our investment in the next generation of leaders, innovators, and community members.
Through our scholarship program, we celebrate student achievement, encourage educational growth, and help make future opportunities more accessible for Santa Teresa graduates.
How do we, the ST PTO, provide all of this support for our teachers, staff and students?
The Santa Teresa High School PTO relies on the generosity, involvement, and support of our school community to help fund programs and resources that benefit students, teachers, and staff throughout the year.
Through key fundraising initiatives such as our Annual Giving Drive and Annual Online Auction, we are able to provide scholarships, classroom resources, teacher appreciation programs, student enrichment opportunities, and other valuable support that enhances the educational experience at Santa Teresa High School.
Every donation, sponsorship, auction bid, and contribution—no matter the size—helps make a meaningful impact on our school community.

ANNUAL GIVING DRIVE
As the school year commences, the ST PTO enthusiastically launches its Annual Giving Drive, a cornerstone event in our calendar. The Giving Drive stands as one of our most significant initiatives, aiming to rally our community behind the support of our dedicated teachers and staff.
Through the generosity of our community, we seek donations to ensure our educators have the resources they need for a successful academic year. From classroom supplies to professional development opportunities, every contribution plays a vital role in enriching the educational experience for our students.
Together, we strive to empower our teachers and staff, fostering an environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
At Santa Teresa High School, we recognize that our teachers and staff are the heart of our school community. Their dedication, passion, and commitment to student success inspire us every day, and we are proud to celebrate and support them throughout the year.
We begin each school year by welcoming our teachers and staff back with a special appreciation breakfast and our first Tools for Teachers event, providing essential classroom supplies to help them start the year prepared and supported.
Throughout the year, the Santa Teresa PTO funds and coordinates a variety of staff appreciation initiatives, including recognition events, birthday celebrations, special treats, and expressions of gratitude that honor the hard work and achievements of our educators and staff.

Teacher Grants
The Santa Teresa High School PTO is proud to support our teachers and staff by providing funding for classroom resources, curriculum materials, and educational tools that enhance student learning and engagement.

ANNUAL ONLINE AUCTION
Following closely after the Annual Giving Drive, our next major event is the highly anticipated Annual Online Auction, a highlight of our school year. We extend invitations to local businesses, community members, and families to generously donate items for auction, creating a vibrant marketplace of treasures.
Typically launched a week or so before the Christmas holiday, our online auction provides a convenient platform for snagging those perfect last-minute gifts.
With each bid, our school community comes together to support our mission, ensuring that our teachers and students have the resources they need to excel.
